RESERVATIONS
Our guests can make their individual reservations via our Online Reservation System on our website. Group reservations can be made through our Reservation Department Team at reservations@thraciancliffs.com | +359 5709 2200

* In case of bank payment, please always indicate the reservation number (or/and proforma invoice number) in your payment order.
** Bank transfer charges to be settled by the customer.
Non-Refundable Guarantee: The reservations require 100% prepayment and the paid amount is non-refundable.
The reservations require no prepayment and the following cancellation policy applies: For cancellations up to 15 days before arrival: no cancellation fee;
For cancellations within 14 and 8 days before arrival: cancellation fee of 50% of the reservation;
For cancellations within 7 days before arrival or no show: cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation; A valid credit card is required to guarantee the reservation.
The reservations require 30% non-refundable prepayment and the following cancellation policy applies: For cancellations up to 30 days before arrival: 50% of the reservation; For cancellations within 29 days before arrival and No Show: cancellation fee of 100% of the reservation.
Bookings for golf packages and/or accommodation made before the end of our early bird period of 31.03.2023 are subject to the early bird guarantee policy of namely 50% non-refundable deposit.
A valid credit card with sufficient funds is required for the advance payment of all types of reservations at the Resort. Prepayments will be completed in accordance with the given deadlines above.

The minimum stay for the High Season (June 05-Sept 10, 2023) is three (3) nights and special days for Check-In and Check-Out could be applied. Thracian Cliffs Golf & Beach Resort also reserves the right to decline confirmed bookings in the months of July and August for less than 7 days stay or other peak periods (such as Easter and public holidays or other events).
Only the guests of Thracian Cliffs receive free of charge parking space. The vehicles should be parked only at the dedicated parking spaces at Marina Village, Hillside Village and Bendida Beach Parking 1 & 2. Any external visitors or guests of our clients have to pay a day parking fee of 10 BGN or 15 BGN depending on the season. Outside visitors of the Free Beach Zone can park only at Bendida Beach Parking 1 & 2 (the same fees applies) and cannot use the Beach Shuttles. All guests agree to follow the internal traffic regulations at the Resort and not to obstruct the public transportation with their vehicles at any time. For any infringement of the traffic regulation a penalty fee of 50 BGN will apply (charged to the guest’s account);
The cost of any air-conditioning is included in the accommodation price. We kindly ask our guests to consider the environmental impact of excessive electricity consumption and to Switch-Off the air conditioning and lighting system when outside the property. The only system available for permanent usage is the water heating system at the property.
All properties are cleaned prior to arrival. All residences receive one daily cleaning. Towels, linen and cosmetic sets are changed per 3 night stay. Our housekeeping team is at hand to provide extra cleaning services upon request.
All properties are privately owned and for security reasons the approved credit card number given will be charged in case of any damages of the Hotel, Beach or Golf facilities. The damages will be calculated at their cost price. Thracian Cliffs Golf & Beach Resort has the right to charge the customer in case of any damages caused by him/her during his/her stay at the property and at the Re- sort. The guest agrees that his credit card will be charged at Check-Out in case of any damages incurred, including lost hotel/beach towels. Customers are not permitted to move any furniture or equipment without prior written consent by the Resort’s authorities. Under no circumstances must any furniture for use inside the property, be moved outside and vice versa.
It is the clients’ responsibility to ensure that the members of their party do not behave in a way which causes offence or danger to others or which risks damage to property. In such circumstances the accommodation owner/s and Thracian Cliffs Golf & Beach Resort have the right to terminate arrangements made on your behalf, no refunds, no payment of compensation and no reimbursement of any cost or expenses you may incur as a result. Further, you will be liable to reimburse Thracian Cliffs Golf & Beach Resort for any expenses whatsoever it incurs as a result of your behavior. It is strictly forbidden for non-golfers to access the Golf Course.
Every attempt will be made to allocate you in your chosen property. In case of preoccupancy at the Resort, Thracian Cliffs Golf & Beach Resort reserves the right to allocate your reservation to similar or higher type of Residence according to our Upgrade offers or Loyalty program. Thracian Cliffs Golf & Beach Resort reserves the right to decline access or apply extra charges to tenants that exceed the maximum occupancy of the property.
Pools at the Resort are only for the use of the Thracian Cliffs’ guests. Health and safety regulations are applicable to all outdoor facil- ities including swimming pools. Children under the age of 16 are not allowed to access the pools at the resort without supervision.
Pets are not allowed anywhere at the Resort, including public areas, swimming pools and beaches.
Insects/animals: Mosquitoes, ants, other insects, snakes and other animals are endemic in warmer climates, particularly in the country areas. Preventative pest control is carried out throughout the resort at frequent intervals. Should any incident occur, we recommend that you contact Reception.
It is the case that some resort areas are still being developed and therefore there is a possibility of building work or construction work.
Every effort will be made to meet any special requests of the guest. Special requests are treated as an indication of preference and cannot be guaranteed. All special requests must be stated at the time of booking or requested in writing two days prior to the arrival.
Photographs are intended to give an overall impression of individual properties. The Management does not accept any responsibility for items of furniture etc, which appear in photographs that may have been changed or removed, nor for any changes to aspects which may have changed since photographs were taken.
Should purchase be made on any services via Thracian Cliffs Golf & Beach Resort e.g. car rental, excursions, rounds of Golf or Spa treatments, etc, the payments for these services are not refundable.
All prices mentioned are in Euros or Bulgarian Lev unless otherwise stated and are accurate at the time of reservation and will not be altered after confirmation of the booking has been received.
Thracian Cliffs Golf & Beach Resort will not be held responsible for changes and or timetable alterations made by the airlines and will not make any refunds due to cancelled flight bookings. When booking flights please advise us of arrival and departure times as soon as possible. This is to ensure that your dates correlate with the set Check-In and Check-Out times of 04:00 pm and 11:00 am respectively.
From time to time various discounts will be offered on properties in our portfolio. The cost payable by you is the advertised price of the property at the time of booking.
Please ensure all personal possessions are packed when departing your accommodation. Whilst we will endeavor to assist when items are left, unfortunately we are unable to guarantee the return of any items which have been left unattended and will not be liable for any items lost or damaged in transit. Postage, packaging and handling fees may be applied for the return of lost property. Safe box is available in each Residence, so please store your valuables or cash inside it.
As we know, children are naturally curious, especially when on holiday where there are lots of areas and things to be explored. Please ensure that children are not left unsupervised at any time during your holiday and take extra care with balconies and swimming pools etc. Parents are responsible for the actions of their children at all times. Please take extra care with children when using the “infinity” pools. This style of pools will have an open drop from the pool edge. Persons below 18 years cannot use the golf course & golf facilities without supervision.
Thracian Cliffs Golf & Beach Resort provides shared transfer services from/to the International Varna Airport. Any other transfers are upon requests and additional charges may apply. Transportation within the Resort is provided by resort’s shuttles operating on a strict time schedule. The Resort provides transport from/to the Beaches on a regular basis. The transportation services inside the Resort are provided for free only for the Thracian Cliffs’ guests, Restaurants and Paid Beach Zone customers.
