The 2023 St. George President’s Cup has its new champion – Florin Segarceanu – the President of the Romanian Golf Association. The grand prize was awarded by the Thracian Cliffs’ Owner Georg Tsvetanski and the President of the Bulgarian Golf Association Krassimir Guergov.
