To register at spa reception, please arrive 10 minutes prior to your treatment. Please feel free to use the lockers, bathrobes and spa slippers on-site; If you arrive more than 15 minutes late for any appointment we will recommend you shorter treatment;
If you have any healthy problems (allergies, diabetes or other disease), please inform your therapist, we recommend you not to enter the Steam Bath.
Usage of swim suit, towel for the body and hair is obligatory when you entering the Spa zone.
CIGARETTES & ALCOHOLIC BEVERAGES ARE PROHIBITED.
Please respect quiet and privacy to the other Spa guests by refraining to using all electronic equipment while in the Spa.
Children below 12 years of age are not allowed at the Spa. Children between 12 and 16 years of age must be accompanied by an adult during the treatments or fitness. Use of Hammam, Steam Bath, and Sauna is not allowed.
Entering the fitness area is with sport suit and shoes.
No cancellation fee if cancelled up to 24 hours in advance. If cancelled less than 24 hours prior to treatment, the entire procedure will be charged to your account.
